Who we are

Circularity Intel is operated by Klarbeam Sdn Bhd (“Klarbeam”, “we”). We are the data user responsible for the personal data described here under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).

What we collect

• Account details: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), business name.
• Business details: company name, SSM number, state, buyer or supplier type.
• Contact details you provide as a supplier: contact name, email, phone, WhatsApp number.
• Enquiries you send or receive, including any email address you give as a guest.
• Records of the consent you gave and when.

Mill compliance data (satellite monitoring, certification status, production estimates) is information about facilities, compiled from public and licensed sources. It is not personal data about you.

Why we use it

• To create and secure your account.
• To verify suppliers and industrial buyers before they can trade.
• To connect buyers and suppliers — this is the purpose of the marketplace.
• To operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

Who sees it

• Supplier contact details are shown only to signed-in users, never to anonymous visitors.
• When you send an enquiry, the supplier receives your business name and email address so they can reply.
• Service providers who host our database and application on our behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside Malaysia; where it does, we rely on providers bound to protect the data.

We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete your account. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 21 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the marketplace to you.

Is providing data mandatory?

Email and business name are needed to create an account. Suppliers must provide verification details to be listed; industrial buyers must provide an SSM number to send enquiries. Everything else is optional.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires. Access is restricted by row-level security in our database; contact details are never exposed to unauthenticated visitors.
